Refund Policy

TubeLearn offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Plus, $11.99/month). This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions.

1. App Store Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed and processed through the app store you subscribed on (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Your purchase is subject to that platform's own refund policy and process, not TubeLearn's:

• Google Play — refund requests are submitted through Google Play's refund request process or your Google Play purchase history. Google decides whether a refund is granted.
• Apple App Store — refund requests are submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com or your App Store purchase history. Apple decides whether a refund is granted.

TubeLearn does not process credit card payments directly and cannot issue refunds on the app store's behalf.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your app store's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you keep paid-plan access until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time within a billing period, downgrades made mid-cycle, or low usage of a paid plan's monthly Lesson allowance.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan is not billed, so there is nothing to refund.

5. Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing failure on our end — contact us at hello@tubelearn.app with your purchase details. We'll review the request and, where our system is at fault, work with you to resolve it. Approval is at our discretion and is not guaranteed outside of the app store's own refund process.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as billing options change (for example, when Pro or additional platforms launch). Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
