How can we help?
Answers to common questions about Lessons, quizzes, billing, and privacy.
What is TubeLearn?
TubeLearn turns a public YouTube video with captions into a Lesson: a readable, AI-enhanced article built from the video's transcript, followed by a short quiz with answer explanations. It's built for testing whether you actually learned the material, not just for summarizing videos.
How do I create a Lesson?
Paste a public YouTube URL into TubeLearn. If the video has captions available, TubeLearn checks eligibility and generates a Lesson: a study article, a quiz, and answer explanations you can review after scoring.
Why can't I create a Lesson from my video?
TubeLearn requires a public YouTube video with available captions. Private, unlisted, age-restricted, or caption-less videos can't be turned into a Lesson. If a video looks eligible but still fails, try again in a few minutes or contact support.
How many Lessons can I create per month?
The Free plan includes 3 Lessons per month. Plus includes 20 Lessons per month. See the pricing page for current plan details.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes. You can retake a Lesson's quiz as many times as you like and review answer explanations for anything you missed.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Paid plans are billed through the app store you subscribed on, so refunds and cancellations follow that platform's own policy. See the refund policy for details.
Is my data private?
TubeLearn does not expose raw transcripts, full AI prompts, or full quiz answers in public responses. See the privacy policy for what we collect and how it's used.
How do I contact support?
Email hello@tubelearn.app with your question, and, if relevant, the YouTube URL or Lesson involved. We reply from that same address.
Still need help?
Email us at hello@tubelearn.app and we'll get back to you. For billing details see the refund policy, and for data handling see the privacy policy.
